Auro Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company appointed Mr. Kuntal Pancholi as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 29 years of experience, and engaged M/s. Pokharna and Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The financial results show total income of Rs. 752.94 lakh for the quarter, with a profit after tax of Rs. 39.42 lakh, compared to Rs. 23.20 lakh in the previous year’s quarter.

The year-end profit after tax stood at Rs. 183.88 lakh.

The auditor provided an unmodified opinion on the results, confirming the statements are reliable and prepared under Indian accounting standards.
