Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹196.19 Cr and net profit of ₹4.93 Cr.

Electronics segment showed strong growth with revenues of ₹87.75 Cr and robust profits, while Pharmaceuticals reported ₹108.43 Cr in revenues with modest profits.

An exceptional gain of ₹7 Cr was recorded in consolidated results.

The Board approved the appointment of M/s. RPSS & Co. as Secretarial Auditors and reappointed M/s. Gautam Joshi & Co. as Internal Auditors.

The 47th AGM will be held via video conferencing.

Key directors Mr. Mohal K. Sarabhai and Mr. Mayur Swadia are proposed for reappointment.

The auditors issued unqualified reports on the financial statements, confirming sound internal controls and adherence to accounting standards.
