Company Update

Shalimar Productions Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a net loss of Rs. 20.39 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 70.72 lakh for the full year, compared to a net profit last year.

Revenue from operations was Rs. 48.16 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 266.55 lakh for the year.

The Board approved the appointment of M/s Kirti Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 2025 and re-appointed Mr. Lakhpat M. Trivedi as Internal Auditor for 2025-26. The company’s assets stood at Rs. 107.55 Cr with equity at Rs. 101.35 Cr.
