Cella Space Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company received full repayment of a Rs. 15 Crore inter-corporate loan extended to Jaya Logistic Parks Private Limited, along with interest at 21% p.a.

The loan supported Jaya Logistic’s principal business operations.

Cella Space continues to focus on setting up industrial and logistic parks and reported operational revenue of INR 170.33 lakh for the quarter.

This repayment strengthens Cella Space’s liquidity and supports its core business activities.
