Khoobsurat Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹118.24 lakh for the year ended March 2025, slightly down from ₹120.07 lakh the previous year.

It posted a loss before tax of ₹222.51 lakh compared to a profit of ₹13.04 lakh last year.

Total comprehensive income, including other comprehensive income, was a gain of ₹520.33 lakh versus a marginal loss earlier.

Earnings per share (basic and diluted) stood at a loss of ₹0.047.
