Shreeji Translogistics Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s total income from operations was ₹8.77 lakh with a net profit before tax and after tax of ₹31,540.69 lakh.

Reserves stood at negative ₹3,42,541.69 lakh, while net worth was ₹5,75,959.52 lakh.

Earnings per share (EPS) were ₹-6.83 basic and ₹35.76 diluted on a face value of ₹100 per share.
