Terraform Realstate Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported a net loss of Rs. 60.34 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 489 lakh for the year after exceptional and extraordinary items.

Total income from operations stood at Rs. 25.326 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 1,94,119 lakh for the year.

The equity share capital remains at Rs. 13.90 crore.

The company continues to operate under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) and the financials were audited and approved by the board.
