Reasons for Delayed/Non-submission of Financial Results

Gayatri Projects Limited could not submit its financial results on time due to disruptions from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) started in November 2022. Management changes, financial distress, and resignation of key financial personnel delayed data collection and audit completion.

Statutory audits for FY 2022-23 and 2023-24 remain pending.

The company is working to resolve these issues and finalize the audits promptly.
