Ajanta Soya Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations at ₹383.89 Cr for the quarter, compared to ₹240.03 Cr in the same period last year.

Net profit after tax rose significantly to ₹5.02 Cr from ₹2.69 Cr year-on-year.

For the year, total income stood at ₹1,329.81 Cr with net profit after tax of ₹27.15 Cr, up from ₹4.03 Cr previously.

Earnings per share improved to ₹0.62 (basic) from ₹0.33, reflecting stronger profitability and operational performance.
