Ampvolts Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹198.20 lakh for the quarter, up from ₹102.05 lakh last year.

Operating profit stood at ₹26.87 lakh versus ₹318.51 lakh previously, while profit before tax was ₹46.28 lakh compared to a loss of ₹210.17 lakh for the same period last year.

The company continues to carry forward losses from prior periods but showed improvement in profitability this quarter.
