Dhatre Udyog Limited (formerly Narayani Steels) has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The standalone total income from operations grew to ₹169.96 Cr from ₹145.44 Cr a year ago, with a net profit of ₹1.95 Cr compared to a loss in the prior period.

Consolidated income rose to ₹219.36 Cr versus ₹144.60 Cr, and net profit stood at ₹11.17 Cr, reflecting improved profitability.

Earnings per share (EPS) on a standalone basis stood at ₹0.83 (basic). These results indicate a recovery in operations and profitability, relevant for shareholders tracking business performance.
