Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 21,936.82 lakhs and a profit after tax of Rs. 175.07 lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.

The audited results received an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors.
