East Buildtech Limited has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹1372 lakh for the quarter and ₹10481 lakh for the year.

Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at a loss of ₹1370 lakh for the quarter but showed a profit of ₹589 lakh for the year.

Net profit after tax was a loss of ₹422 lakh for the quarter but a profit of ₹3380 lakh for the year.

Segment-wise, the real estate/consultancy and trading sectors contributed variably, with the overall business reflecting mixed performance.
