York Exports Ltd. has announced a board meeting for the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹316.51 lakh for the quarter, up from ₹215.75 lakh in the previous year and ₹350.69 lakh for the financial year.

The standalone business posted a net profit after tax of ₹42.55 lakh for the quarter and ₹81.79 lakh for the year.

Consolidated net profit after tax stood at ₹11.86 lakh for the quarter and ₹92.92 lakh for the year.

Earnings per share (face value ₹10) were 0.56 (basic & diluted) standalone and 0.57 consolidated for the quarter.
