Gold Rock Investments Limited has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 2522.51 lakhs and a net profit of Rs. 2349.50 lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to Rs. 460.34 lakhs income and Rs. 328.07 lakhs net profit in the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 78.56 (face value Rs. 10). A significant one-time profit of Rs. 1,976.45 lakhs was recorded from the sale of long-term investments, boosting earnings but not reflecting recurring operations.
