The company reported total income from operations at ₹36.26 lakh for the quarter, with a net profit after tax of ₹3.05 lakh.

The year ended with total income of ₹46.41 lakh and net profit after tax of ₹71.59 lakh.

Paid-up equity share capital stands at ₹19.19 lakh and reserves at ₹4,726.50 lakh.

The company operates in trading and construction segments and expects no impairment of assets despite ongoing economic uncertainties.
