Innovative Tech Pack Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations at Rs. 3,400.55 lakh for the latest quarter, slightly down from Rs. 3,518.10 lakh in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.

It posted a net loss of Rs. 329.32 lakh for the recent quarter compared to a profit of Rs. 15.86 lakh a year ago.

For the full year, the company reported a marginal loss of Rs. 1.81 lakh against a profit of Rs. 178.77 lakh last year.

Earnings per share stood at a negative Rs. 1.47 for the quarter.

This reflects a challenging quarter impacting profitability, important for shareholders monitoring operational performance.
