Jigar Cables has announced a board meeting and noted the resignation of Ms. Monika Tyagi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business hours on 31 May 2025. Mr. Nishantgiri Goswami has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting 1 June 2025. Goswami is a qualified Company Secretary with expertise in company law and listing compliances.

This change in key managerial personnel ensures continued compliance with statutory and corporate governance requirements, which is important for operational stability and investor confidence.
