Jauss Polymers Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The standalone segment reported net income of Rs. 13.45 lakh, with a profit after tax of Rs. 11.43 lakh for the quarter, reversing previous losses.

On a consolidated basis, the company posted a loss after tax of Rs. 8.64 lakh for the quarter, continuing a negative trend from prior periods.

Equity capital stands at Rs. 462.56 lakh.

Earnings per share were positive standalone but negative consolidated.

These results reflect ongoing challenges in consolidated operations, while standalone performance shows marginal improvement.
