ACI Infocom Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 51.98 lakh, a net loss before tax of Rs. 46.31 lakh, and a net loss after tax of Rs. 46.31 lakh, compared to a profit after tax of Rs. 8.86 lakh in the previous year.

The earnings per share stood at negative 0.042. Increased expenses included a Rs. 92.79 lakh provision for bad debts.

The audit committee reviewed and approved the results, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.
