Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited (HFL) has announced the superannuation of Shri Sajeev B as Managing Director, who has been relieved of his duties.

Following this, Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla, Director (Finance) of the holding company HOCL, has taken additional charge as Managing Director of HFL for three months or until further orders.

This leadership change is significant for HFL’s management continuity during the transition period.
