Alufluoride Ltd. has announced a board meeting decision to appoint Sri G.M.V.

Dhammjaya Rao (GMVDR & Associates) as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, M/s Sriramamurthy & Co. will continue as Internal Auditor, and M/s JK & Co will remain as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. These auditor appointments ensure continuity in compliance and oversight, supporting the company’s governance framework and operational integrity.
