Naksh Precious Metals Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹40,456 lakh for the year, with a net profit after tax of ₹4,937 lakh.

The company disposed of its investment in Vaksons Metaplast Private Limited during the previous year and currently has no subsidiaries.

It operates in a single business segment.

The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.

The financial results have been reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board.
