Magnanimous Trade & Finance Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 131.42 lakhs for the latest quarter, down from Rs. 909.97 lakhs in the previous quarter, with a profit before tax of Rs. 18.56 lakhs, compared to Rs. 712.60 lakhs earlier.

For the financial year, total income stood at Rs. 1,079.74 lakhs with a profit after tax of Rs. 46.885 lakhs.

Earnings per share were Rs. 0.20 basic and diluted for the quarter.

The results reflect continued operational challenges and lower income in recent months.
