KMF Builders & Developers Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 30.05.2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 311.81 lakh for the quarter, up from Rs. 43.51 lakh in the same quarter last year.

It posted a net profit after tax of Rs. 29.01 lakh this quarter versus Rs. 12.09 lakh a year earlier.

However, the previous quarter showed a loss of Rs. 132.86 lakh.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.24 compared to Rs. 0.10 last year.

The company’s paid-up equity capital remains Rs. 609.10 lakh.
