APT Packaging Limited has announced its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, prepared by Ganesh Palve & Associates.

The report confirms compliance with applicable secretarial standards and timely adoption of required policies, maintenance of a functional website, and proper disclosures.

There were no director disqualifications or auditor resignations during the review period.

Minor lapses included delayed newspaper advertisements for quarterly results due to funding and booking issues, delayed ROC filings owing to technical issues, and discrepancies in promoter PAN details with depositories, which are being addressed.

The company continues to work closely with BSE on pending clarifications.
