Machhar Industries Limited has announced a change in its statutory auditors.

The firm M/s Gautam N. Associates, which completed its five-year term, retired at the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders approved the appointment of M/s Ashok R. Majethia & Co. as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term until the 21st AGM.

The company submitted its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report confirming adherence to all applicable corporate governance requirements, with a minor procedural lapse in Annual Report filing corrected promptly.
