Shri Bajrang Alliance has clarified that its association with Potful Biryani is a strategic business tie-up to distribute its 'Goeld' products through Potful Biryani’s existing and future outlets in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

The company did not acquire Potful Biryani and has made no equity investment in it.

This clarification addresses a previous misstatement in their investor presentation to prevent any misinterpretation about ownership or control, highlighting the partnership's role in expanding product reach without financial consolidation.
