Shrydus Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 92.53 lakh for the quarter, with a net profit before tax of Rs. 107.91 lakh and net profit after tax of Rs. 66.23 lakh.

However, the consolidated results show a net loss after tax of Rs. 556.70 lakh, reflecting challenges in overall profitability.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.837 basic and Rs. 0.083 diluted on a standalone basis.

The audit report was unqualified, indicating clean financials.
