CRP Risk Management Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s audited financial results for FY25 show strong growth, with total revenue rising 73.21% to ₹171.28 Cr, EBITDA up 58.42% to ₹19.59 Cr, and net profit nearly doubling to ₹11.75 Cr.

In Q4 FY25 alone, revenue increased 47.25% to ₹55.39 Cr, EBITDA by 18.46% to ₹5.43 Cr, and net profit by 16.33% to ₹3.11 Cr.

The company has expanded into EPC and high-voltage segments, confirming progress in sustainable growth and operational scaling.
