Vedavaag Systems Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹1766.23 lakhs for the quarter and ₹7264.38 lakhs for the year.

Net profit after tax stood at ₹104.24 lakhs for the quarter and ₹674.77 lakhs for the year on a standalone basis.

Earnings per share were ₹0.45 (basic and diluted) for the quarter and ₹2.91 for the year.

Vedavaag continues to maintain healthy other equity at ₹11,238.05 lakhs.

This reflects steady operational performance and earnings growth supporting shareholder value.
