Sonal Mercantile Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported income from operations of ₹856.37 lakh for the quarter and ₹3,529.37 lakh for the year.

Profit after tax stood at ₹270.88 lakh for the quarter and ₹1,040.68 lakh for the year.

Earnings per share were ₹2.04 quarterly and ₹7.06 annually.

The company also confirmed approval for a buyback of equity shares through a tender offer at ₹130 per share, aiming to optimize capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
