Maitri Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 2827.45 lakh and a net loss after tax of Rs. 44.95 lakh for the year.

Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 2866.18 lakh with a profit after tax of Rs. 30.89 lakh.

Earnings per share were marginally positive at 0.39 (basic) on a standalone basis, while consolidated figures reflected a loss.

The results indicate challenges in profitability despite stable revenue, signalling cautious outlook for stakeholders.
