Adcon Capital Services Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of Rs. 89.04 lakhs for the quarter, up from Rs. 36.45 lakhs a year ago, and a pre-tax profit of Rs. 60.66 lakhs compared to Rs. 13.73 lakhs previously.

For the year, total income rose to Rs. 324.11 lakhs with a pre-tax profit of Rs. 274.52 lakhs.

Comprehensive income stood at Rs. 40.92 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 160.56 lakhs for the year.

EPS for the year was ₹0.069 basic and diluted.
