Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited has issued a Letter of Comfort to ICICI Bank Limited for its subsidiary, Uniformverse Private Limited, which has availed credit facilities amounting to Rs. 4.509 Cr.

The letter assures that the parent company will not dilute its beneficial ownership in the subsidiary without prior consent if the subsidiary fails to meet its commitments.

This letter is a form of assurance but does not constitute a corporate guarantee or financial obligation from Shanti Educational Initiatives.

This move supports the subsidiary’s borrowing capacity while limiting risk exposure for the parent company.
