Company Update

Lake Shore Realty Limited’s promoters, including Managing Director Sanjeev Goyal and others, have agreed to sell 19,19,630 equity shares, representing 54.84% of the company’s paid-up equity capital, to AI Maha Investment Fund PCC – ONYX Strategy and Indigo Infracon Private Limited at a negotiated price of ₹57.51 per share.

Following this sale, the promoters will relinquish control of the company.

The new acquirers currently hold no shares and will launch an open offer to public shareholders as per regulatory requirements.

This transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
