Sharda Ispat Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 170.44 Cr for the year, up from Rs. 52.66 Cr the previous year.

Net profit after tax rose to Rs. 7.59 Cr from Rs. 4.18 Cr.

Earnings per share increased to Rs. 14.94 from Rs. 8.24. The results reflect growth in the iron and steel segment, supporting improved profitability and shareholder value.
