Record Date

TCPL Packaging has announced a board meeting on July 24, 2025, as the record date for dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The register of members will be closed from July 25 to July 31, 2025, covering the 37th Annual General Meeting and dividend payout.

Shareholders holding equity shares by the record date will be eligible for the dividend.
