Tavernier Resources Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of M/s. S. V. Agrawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditor, replacing M/s. Parekh Sharma & Associates due to their resignation.

The new auditor will hold office until the upcoming Annual General Meeting and handle all audit reports due by then.

The company has also approved shifting its registered office within Mumbai city, moving from Deonar to Andheri East, indicating a possible operational or strategic shift in its Mumbai presence.
