Tavernier Resources Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint M/s. S. V. Agrawal & Co., a Chartered Accountant firm from Ahmedabad with over 45 years of experience, as the new Statutory Auditor.

This appointment fills the vacancy left by the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. Parekh Sharma & Associates, and will last until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

The company has also approved the shifting of its registered office within Mumbai, moving to Level 4, A-Wing, Dynasty Business Park, Andheri East, which may enhance operational convenience and accessibility.
