Sparc Electrex Limited has announced a board meeting on 30th May to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations and other revenue of ₹435.93 lakh for the quarter and ₹1740.32 lakh for the year.

It recorded a net loss before tax of ₹167.40 lakh for the quarter and ₹42.06 lakh for the year.

Net loss after tax stood at ₹164.45 lakh for the quarter, compared to a profit of ₹9.78 lakh in the previous year.

Basic earnings per share were negative at ₹1.64. The results reflect ongoing financial challenges for the company.
