Barflex Polyfilms has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Its 51:49 JV, BA Flexpack Private Limited, has begun commercial production at a Faridabad facility, specializing in high-margin self-adhesive paper labels, in-mold labels, and PVC shrink/BOPP labels.

The JV targets full capacity utilization by H1FY26 with plans to double capacity within a year.

This expansion strengthens Barflex’s packaging portfolio and aims for EBITDA margins above 20%, improving integrated offerings for key clients.
