Konark Synthetic Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹16.05 lakh for the quarter and ₹46.80 lakh for the year.

It incurred a net loss after tax of ₹8.21 lakh for the quarter and ₹6.23 lakh for the year on a standalone basis, while consolidated results show a net loss after tax of ₹8.20 lakh for the quarter and ₹3.40 lakh for the year.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.
