Unick Fix-A-Form & Printers has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations at Rs. 5597.87 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025, up from Rs. 5588.29 lakh the previous year.

Net profit after tax rose to Rs. 261.04 lakh from Rs. 195.59 lakh.

Earnings per share improved to Rs. 4.76 from Rs. 3.57. The positive turnaround from a prior loss indicates operational recovery, which is encouraging for shareholders.
