Beardsell Limited posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 267.59 Cr, up from Rs. 248.56 Cr, with a profit before tax of Rs. 12.68 Cr and net profit rising to Rs. 9.83 Cr.

Standalone revenue was Rs. 252.68 Cr with net profit at Rs. 9.57 Cr.

Operating cash flows improved due to effective working capital management despite higher borrowings.

The board has announced a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share and scheduled a meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
