Associated Ceramics Limited has announced the passing of Mr. Bimal Agarwal, Promoter and Executive Director, who held 309,775 shares (15.15%) in the company.

He was associated since July 2015 and contributed significantly to the company’s leadership.

Following his demise, he ceased to be part of the promoter group and Executive Director.

The company is in the process of appointing a new director.
