Minolta Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company confirmed the resignation of director Mr. Menaz Kumar Jain, whose resignation has been accepted by the board, and appointed Mr. Disha Samani as a new director.

The company clarified it is not a Non-Deposit Taking NBFC and does not accept any deposits from the public.

Details regarding the liquidation and election process for the cooperative Bolmuri Radhaballavpur Gabra Arda Cooperative Agricultural Development Society Limited were also disclosed, including nomination, election dates, and procedures for members to participate.
