Accuracy Shipping Limited has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 947.1 Cr from Rs. 708.9 Cr YoY, led by logistics and commercial vehicle sales growth.

EBITDA reached Rs. 311.5 Mn, with logistics contributing Rs. 233.2 Mn.

Profit after tax improved significantly to Rs. 46.5 Mn from Rs. 4.97 Mn, supported by stable operations and controlled finance costs.

The balance sheet remains healthy with Rs. 3,151 Mn in assets and steady net borrowings.
