Lakshmi Engineering and Warehousing has completed construction of a new 40,770 sq.ft warehouse at its Warehousing Rental Services Division in SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Hosur.

The facility has been leased to an existing corporate tenant, with the lease agreement signed and rent starting from July 1, 2025. This expansion strengthens the company’s warehousing footprint, enhancing rental income potential and supporting its service offerings.
