Phaarmasia Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹3125.49 lakh and a net loss before tax of ₹54.59 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025. Net profit before tax after exceptional items stood at a loss of ₹54.59 lakh.

Total comprehensive income was a loss of ₹51.15 lakh.

Paid-up equity share capital remained ₹682.70 lakh.

These results reflect challenges in profitability but stable revenue, which shareholders should monitor closely.
